Dispatch for the 5 a.m. shift
Most mornings go wrong in small ways: a driver calls in sick, a flight lands 40 minutes early, a highway lane closes. RouteOn puts those on the board next to the trips they affect, so the dispatcher fixes them before the customer notices.
Assignments are checked as you make them. If a chauffeur is already on an overlapping run or close to their hours limit, you see it before you click, and RouteOn suggests who else is free.

What is limo dispatch software?
It's the board your dispatchers work from: every trip for the day with its pickup time, driver, vehicle and status, plus the tools to assign, re-assign and track trips without phoning around.
Will it stop me double-booking a car or a chauffeur?
Yes. RouteOn warns you when a driver or vehicle is already on an overlapping trip, and when a trip runs past a driver's hours-of-service limit.
How do drivers get their trips?
Assigned trips appear in the driver app with stops, passengers and notes, and you can also send a price-free trip sheet by PDF, email or WhatsApp.
Can dispatch see where every car is?
Yes. The live map shows on-duty vehicles from the driver app's GPS, and from Samsara if your fleet uses it.
What happens when a flight is delayed?
Airport trips carry the flight number. RouteOn checks the flight status and dispatch can move the pickup to the new arrival time with one click.
Is there a mobile version for dispatchers?
Yes. The dispatch app gives on-call dispatchers the day's board, quick booking, assignments, the trip map and messages on their phone.
