Built inside a working fleet
RouteOn started as the system behind a Calgary charter and limo company. Every screen was built around real mornings: a 5:40 coach pickup, a flight that lands early, a wedding with three waves and one missing driver.
That's why the dispatch board warns you before you double-book a car, why trip times stay in the local time of each pickup city, and why the driver app never shows a price. Operators asked for those things on day one.
One booking, start to finish

Hourly, transfer or multi-stop pricing from your own rates, or a draft built from the customer's email.

Questions operators ask
What does limo software cost?
RouteOn Starter is $159 CAD a month for up to 10 vehicles. Pro is $269 for up to 20 vehicles and adds the online booking engine, farm-outs, driver pay, recurring trips and Samsara. There are no setup fees, no per-trip fees and no markup on card processing.
Can I try it before I switch?
Yes. Trials are by request: email hello@routeon.app and we'll set up an account with your own vehicles, rates and a week of your trips.
How long does it take to move from another limo system?
Most operators move in about a week. We import your customers, vehicles, drivers and upcoming reservations, and you can run both systems side by side until you're ready.
Do my drivers see the price of a trip?
No. The driver app and trip sheets never show rates, totals or payments. Drivers see the stops, the passengers and their own pay.
Which payment processors can I use?
Stripe, Square or Helcim, connected to your own merchant account. Money goes straight to you and RouteOn adds no processing markup.
Does it work for a mixed fleet of sedans, SUVs, Sprinters and coaches?
Yes. Every vehicle class has its own rates and availability, and the same dispatch board runs limos and buses together.
