Made for the person behind the wheel
Drivers open the app, see today's trips in order and tap through each step. Dispatch sees the same steps live, so there's no need to call and ask where the car is.
Pre-trip inspections take photos of any defect, issues go straight to dispatch, and each driver can check their own pay without seeing anyone else's or the customer's price.

Questions operators ask
Do drivers see what the customer paid?
No. The driver app and trip sheets never show rates, totals or payments. Each driver can see their own pay, and only theirs.
Does it work without signal?
Yes. Today's trips are saved on the phone, so a driver can still read stops and notes in a canyon or a parkade.
Is it in the App Store and Google Play?
Not yet. The RouteOn driver app installs from the browser on iPhone and Android today, and the store versions are on the way.
How do drivers update trip progress?
With one tap per step: garage out, on the way, on location, passenger on board, dropped off. Dispatch sees each step and the live position on the map.
Can a driver work for more than one company?
Yes. A driver who drives for several RouteOn companies can switch between them in the app.
See it with your own trips.
