Routeon is priced per active vehicle per month. Drivers, dispatchers, customers, and viewers are unlimited on every plan.
Do you charge payment-processing fees?+
We pass through Stripe's standard rates with no markup. Your card-on-file, authorizations, and tips all settle directly into your Stripe account.
Can you migrate us from limoanywhere, Moovs, or Busify?+
Yes. Our migrations team imports customers, vehicles, drivers, and active reservations in a single onboarding session — typically inside a week.
Where is my data hosted?+
Routeon runs on multi-region cloud infrastructure with end-to-end encryption, daily backups, and SOC 2-aligned controls. Customer data isolation is enforced at the row level.
Do you offer an SLA?+
Growth plans include a 99.9% monthly uptime target. Enterprise plans include custom SLAs with credits up to 99.99%.
Can I change plans later?+
Anytime, from Settings → Billing. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect on the next renewal.
