Questions operators ask
What kinds of transportation companies use RouteOn?
Passenger operators: limousine and black car, charter bus and motorcoach, shuttle and airport transfer companies, often with a mix of all four. RouteOn isn't built for freight, trucking or medical transport.
Can one dispatch board handle sedans and coaches together?
Yes. Every vehicle class has its own rates and availability, and the board shows all of them, filterable by class, driver or status.
Do pickup times work across time zones?
Yes. Each trip keeps the local time of its own pickup city, so a driver in Vancouver and a driver in Calgary both see the time they'll actually be at the curb.
Is there an AI assistant?
Yes. Dispatch Pilot takes requests in plain words and proposes changes. Nothing changes until a dispatcher clicks Apply.
