No more converting a US product
Most operator software is built for the US first: USD pricing, US hours-of-service rules and payment options that don't fit how Canadian customers pay.
RouteOn started in Calgary. Prices are in CAD, the HOS dashboard follows Canadian Cycle 1, e-Transfers are a normal way to pay, and trips through the Rockies come with the road and weather alerts that matter there.
Canadian by default
- HOS dashboard
- Canadian Cycle 1 (70 hours in 7 days) counters per driver, live from Samsara or estimated from the schedule.

Questions operators ask
Is RouteOn priced in Canadian dollars?
Yes. List prices are in CAD and exclude GST: Starter $159, Pro $269 and Enterprise from $549 a month. US customers can pay in USD.
We run trips in Alberta and British Columbia. Which time zone does a trip use?
The local time of its own pickup city. A Vancouver pickup shows Pacific time and a Calgary pickup shows Mountain time, so drivers see the time they'll be at the curb.
Does it support Canadian hours-of-service rules?
Yes. The HOS dashboard tracks Canadian Cycle 1 (70 hours in 7 days). Cycle 2 and US cycles for cross-border trips are in early access.
Can customers pay by Interac e-Transfer?
Yes. Customers upload their e-Transfer or wire confirmation on the payment page, and your staff verify it before it's posted to the trip.
Which payment processors work in Canada?
Stripe, Square and Helcim, each connected to your own merchant account.
