Shuttle work is repeat work
Staff runs, hotel loops and school trips repeat for weeks. RouteOn creates them from one pattern, so dispatch only deals with the exceptions: a holiday, a bigger bus, a new pickup.
Event shuttles are different: many vehicles moving at once for one day. Events keep the waves, the guest list and check-in together, while each trip still shows up on the dispatch board with its driver and vehicle.
