Choosing limo dispatch software: what to compare in 2026
The right dispatch software depends less on feature lists and more on how you're charged, who holds your card payments and whether it fits the trips you actually run.
Published October 25, 2026 by the RouteOn team
Every limo dispatch product has a dispatch board, a driver app and online booking. Those feature lists look the same. What separates them is how you're charged, where your card payments go, and whether the product fits the trips you run every week.
We make RouteOn, so read this with that in mind. We've stuck to what each company publishes on its own website, checked on October 25, 2026.
Seven questions to ask any vendor
- How am I charged? Flat monthly, per vehicle, or per trip? Is there a setup fee? Work out the yearly total at your real trip volume.
- Who processes my card payments? Some products use their own payment service with their own fees; others connect your existing Stripe, Square or other merchant account.
- Does it fit my mix of work? If you run Sprinters or coaches alongside sedans, check that multi-day, multi-vehicle trips are one booking, not five.
- What does the driver see? Prices on the driver's phone cause trouble. Ask to see the driver app.
- How are airport pickups handled? Look for flight status on the trip and an easy way to move the pickup when the arrival changes.
- How do farm-outs work? Can a partner accept a trip from a link without an account, and can you see your margin?
- Can I try it with my own trips? A demo shows the vendor's best day. A trial with your vehicles and rates shows yours.
What four products publish
Limo Anywhere
A long-running product for limo, livery and black car operators. Its pricing page lists plans in USD priced by trips per month, with a per-trip fee and a one-time setup fee. QuickBooks sync is on its higher plans. A free trial isn't published; it offers a demo.
Moovs
Serves limo, party bus, charter and shuttle operators. Its pricing page lists a free plan, and paid Standard and Pro plans with a setup fee. Card payments run through Moovs Payments with published card fees. It advertises multi-day trips and a branded passenger app as a paid add-on.
Busify
Built for charter bus and motorcoach operators. Pricing isn't published, and its FAQ says it doesn't offer a free trial. It lists QuickBooks Online integration and driver payroll.
RouteOn
Built in Calgary for limo, chauffeur and charter bus operators. Plans are published in CAD: Starter $159, Pro $269, Enterprise from $549 a month, with no setup or per-trip fees, and a 30-day trial by request. Card payments go to your own Stripe, Square or Helcim account. Multi-day, multi-bus charters, Samsara and a Canadian hours-of-service dashboard are built in. QuickBooks Online sync and Geotab are in early access.
Which one fits
- If you want to start without paying anything, a free plan is the lowest-risk start.
- If you need QuickBooks Desktop sync or a large, established affiliate network today, an older product may suit you.
- If you run coaches as well as limos, operate in Canada, or want card payments in your own processor account with no per-trip fees, RouteOn is built for that.
Whichever you pick, run a real week of your own trips through it before you switch. The detailed comparisons are on our compare page.
